INTERIOR DESIGN
Our interior design concept builds a bridge between heritage and modern living. We envisioned spaces that enhance the architectural character of the historic building, while introducing a contemporary sense of comfort, clarity, and refined materials. Warm, natural tones define the palette, and spatial layouts are optimized to maximize both light and liveability. The result is a refined, timeless aesthetic that elevates everyday living into a unique urban experience.
VISUAL DESIGN
Through a set of Virtual Photos, we envisioned the future of Palazzo Pacioli with a refined and sensitive eye. Natural light flowing through the rooms, tactile textures, and a harmonious color palette, every element was carefully curated to evoke a sense of elegance, intimacy, and authenticity that will define life within the residence. These images serve both as a storytelling medium and a marketing tool, capable of inspiring and engaging the audience even before the project comes to life.
HERESCOPE
Within the Palazzo Pacioli sales showroom, Herescope was the centerpiece of the customer journey. The platform enabled visitors to explore every apartment in detail – viewing finishes, layouts, and views in real time – while navigating the broader urban surroundings of the building.
In a historic property that embraces the future, Herescope redefined the real estate presentation as an interactive, engaging, and intuitive experience. Through a seamless and immersive interface, users were able to step inside the project before its construction, gaining a full understanding of its architectural and residential value.
Its seamless integration into the physical showroom made Herescope more than just a digital tool, it became a true extension of the project narrative, blending storytelling, sales, and technology into one powerful touchpoint.
