Informed by a strategic and multidisciplinary approach, we conceptualized and produced the entire real estate marketing campaign. Through an integrated and sustainable strategy, we maintained constant communication with the client, resulting in a significant reduction in production times and the creation of a cohesive image across all creative areas involved.
BRANDING
In addition to our strong digital presence, we have created a series of printed materials to complement our marketing strategy. These include a high-quality brochure that provides a detailed overview of Rive Gauche, its stunning apartments and amenities.
DIGITAL STRATEGY
To position the brand effectively, we conducted an initial benchmarking exercise identifying the unique values of the promotion and its competitive advantage. With this information, we have created a marketing strategy with effective storytelling. We have emphasized the narrative of the “Living Design”, which connects with Lugano’s sophisticated and relaxed lifestyle. This storytelling has helped foster an emotional connection between the project and potential buyers, allowing them to envision themselves living in it.
VISUAL DESIGN
To present the project in the most appealing way possible, we have produced hyper-realistic virtual photographies and animation. These elements enable potential buyers to visualize the spaces and details of Rive Gauche in a detailed and realistic manner.
