Milan rediscovers a classic urban gem
Developed by COIMA and located in the heart of Porta Nuova, TOQ13 is an innovative office project that reinterprets the concept of urban quality through a contemporary lens. The building stands out for its rigorous architectural design, sustainable vocation, and active relationship with the surrounding context, overlooking one of the most dynamic hubs in central Milan. For this project, we produced a complete set of virtual photos and a full 3D brand film, with the goal of enhancing the architectural vision and conveying its identity with coherence, impact, and expressive clarity.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Our interior design concept creates a harmonious dialogue between history and contemporary living. Spaces are conceived to enhance the original architectural character of the building while introducing a modern visual language rooted in comfort, elegance, and refined materials. A warm, neutral palette defines the atmosphere, while spatial layouts are designed to prioritize natural light and everyday liveability. The result is an essential and timeless aesthetic that transforms living into a unique and immersive urban experience.
VISUAL DESIGN
Through our virtual photos, we defined a visual language that is both iconic and essential, designed to immediately convey the architectural rigor, compositional quality, and urban positioning of TOQ13. Geometries, reflections, and framing were precisely calibrated to portray the building not only as an architectural object, but as an experience, a destination, and a statement of value.
