A new masterplan for Swords, to deliver future economic prosperity and improve the quality of life for its residents. At the heart of the Plan will be a “Green City Concept” focussed on integrating new development into the existing natural landscape of Swords and protection of natural resources, including landscape, designated habitats, water and air.
