The site is distinguished by the port and urban character of the public space, which plays with the large landscape and offers strong elements to the neighborhood. The project offers both collective dwellings and single-family dwellings. Their qualities and their modern and reassuring side are the result of the rigor of the drawings of plans and facades. The aim of the two large buildings is to create dual orientations, visual crossings and transparencies at all levels across the island. The new complex offers an assumed architectural variety that corresponds to the territorial scale of the site and the domestic character of the programs.
